Thank you so much for teaching me how to massage my scar like that. I was afraid to touch it after a very, very traumatic pregnancy and honestly I didn’t realise the emotional connection with your scar until you said it. I still have numbness 14 weeks post birth but massage my scar everyday and it makes me feel good about me and that I delivered my beautiful boy through it and how I am helping my body with massaging it, Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend the scar recovery course with Hannah and Roxy. It has helped me to get the feeling back around my scar after only 4 weeks of doing the course (starting at 3 months post partum). This is my second baby. The c section after my first baby caused numbness that lasted until my second pregnancy. After doing the course for 4 weeks (from 3 to 4 months post partum after my second baby) I now have more feeling, feel stronger in my core and feel lighter around my scar than I have done in 5 years. Thankyou both xx
